FIFAWWC’23| Nigerian World Cup Volunteer Based In Queensland Confident, Hails Super Falcons Preparation.

As Nigerians look forward to the Super Falcons Women’s World Cup opener against Canada on Friday, A Nigerian, based in Queensland, Australia Joshua Dawaguru has hailed the team’s preparation and tips them to go far in the competition.

According to the Plateau State born PHD Student, he noted that he is glad to see the ladies train hard everyday and he is confident that no team would be able to match them in the tournament.

“I am confident and sure that the team will go far in this year’s World Cup. I am honoured to be part of the team’s preparation here in Canada.

“Based on preparations, I know we are ready, starting from the game against Canada then followed by Australia and Ireland.

The Super Falcons will start their World Cup campaign against Canada on Friday, July 21st at the Rectangular Stadium, Melbourne, by 3:30am.
