Super Falcons Midfielder, Toni Payne believes her team will give their all, when they face Co-Host Nation Australia on Friday, at the Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane.

The Super Falcons held Canada to a goalless draw in their first game of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and think they can do better against the Matildas.

“I think we played a very good and defensive game against Canada and am proud of the whole team,” She said.

“If we stick to our game plans on Thursday, we definitely would have a great chance of winning.
“Personally, I want to put out a great performance and know everyone would. We want a good result and hopefully, that’s what we would get.” She concluded.

The Super Falcons will face Australia on Thursday, by 11am Nigerian time.
