The Head Coach of the Super Falcons Randy Waldrum secured a second consecutive win after a 7 series defeat in the last nine games handled.

The Super Falcons secured a 2-1 win over their North American Counterpart, Haiti, at the Emir Sports Complex, Antalya on Friday evening and the American Tactician noted his satisfaction over the victory.
“I am proud of the way we played, we played very well in the first 75 mins of the game..
It only got chaotic in the last 15 minutes after conceding a goal but I am proud of the way the players finished out.
We also had some very good individual performances that was Heartwarming”.
The American Tactician who is confident that the team will do well in the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia stated that he has worked with majorly the core players needed for the execution of the World Cup in the past 7 months.
“We have the core of the players together in the past 7 months with additions of a few changes in the various camps.
We would see how the combination of Asisat and Desire fit into the team”.
The Super Falcons defeated Haiti by two goals to one in a world cup preparatory match in Antalya Turkey with Esther Okoronkwo and Asisat Oshoala scoring in the 40th and 58th minutes of the game.
The team will take on New Zealand on the 11th of April in Turkey.
