Monglabach Captain David Stockbrink Shines In 11 Goals Thriller

Nigerian youth sensation who has been making waves lately for his FC Monglabach side was inspirational on Saturday as his side pummeled Reuschenberg 11-0. The Nigerian provided 4 assists and scored one in the whitewash.

David who was made captain of FC Monglabach at the start of this season has been in great form and the 16 year old despite his performance is critical of himself and looking forward to do more better.

“It was great especially in the first few minutes we dominated immediately and scored. Into the second half we saved our power a bit and played more possession football” he said after the match.

“I assisted 4 and I’m quite happy but I’m also very critical about myself and always try to do better. I had 1-2 chances that I could have done more better but in general i’m satisfied” he added.

David Stockbrink whose mother is Nigerian from Umunede in Delta State and father a German has indicated willingness to play for Nigeria in the future if called upon.

“I feel so connected to Nigeria and will like to wear the green jersey someday, l was in Nigeria sometime last year and really fell in love with the country and it will be an honour to represent them if called upon” he added
