NWFL Super 6: The Rivers Tsunami Sweeps Aduku off Bayelsa ; Aduku insists he Resigned

Bayelsa Queens has been dwelt with a major blow as club technical adviser has been placed on an indefinite suspension by the management of the club.

MD 3 fixture against Rivers Angels will be one that the Restoration Ladies will want to forget in hurry after Rivers Angels put up a masterclass to annihilate the ladies from Bayelsa by 4 unreplied goals.

In a brief statement released and made available to us by the club, it reads;

”The management of Bayelsa Queens have suspended indefinitely the team’s technical adviser Moses Aduku a his assistant Kingdom Ogbodan with immediate effect due to gross misconduct and insorbordition”.

Information reaching www.tobexmedia.com has it that Moses Aduku, the experienced gaffer however had a different say as he disclosed that he had already tendered his resignation after a brief meeting with the management of Bayelsa Queens.

With a poor start to the NWFL super 6, Aduku has earlier informed the management of Bayelsa Queens and stated clearly that he would resign if his girls failed to beat Rivers Angels on Match Day 3.It was also gathered that the management of Bayelsa Queens failed to acknowledge Moses Aduku’s resignation letter instead a statement was released that he was suspended indefinitely due to gross misconduct and insorbordition.

  1. Thank you immensely for the update on the happenings at Ijebu Ode especially the issue of Bayelsa Queens gaffer who was my team mate at Railways Football Club, Lagos way back in 1994.
