After their 4-2 loss to the Flying Eagles of Nigeria on Friday at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, the Young Chipolopolo will be looking forward to continue their preparatory games when they face another West African side, Senegal on Thursday.

The game billed to be a double header was shelved off, after the Zambian travelling plan was rescheduled to accommodate another match against the Senegalese.
Zambia Football Federation Head of Media, Sydney Mungala has hailed the team, after a spirited performance against the Nigerian Under 20 side.
Mungala while reacting to the loss, said the Nigeria game was an important encounter for his team, as it helped them know their strength and weaknesses.

“It was a great game between the two sides, it was important for us to test the strength of our team, before we head to Senegal to play another game” Mungala told tobexmedia.com.
“We were very happy with the way we were received and obviously for the Technical bench, it was an opportunity for them to study the team well and prepare for the African Cup of Nations.
“We are happy with the level of competition we got against Nigeria and we enjoyed the challenge and look forward to doing fantastically well at the U-20 AFCON.
Zambia will launch their 2023 AFCON title ambitions with a Group C match against Benin on 21st February before tackling Gambia at Alexandria stadium three days later.
They will wrap up their Group C engagement with a clash against north-Africans Tunisia on 27 February.
