Super Falcons Head Coach Randy Waldrum has sent a message to the Nigerian Football Supporters to turn in large numbers and support the team as they tend to lift the Women’s Africa Cup Of Nations in Morocco next month.
The American Soccer Tactician is of the believe that the Supporters play a huge role in giving the team necessary morals at a major tournament.
Waldrum was full of praises for the Nigerian Supporters, who thick and thin stood by them during the WAFCON Qualifiers in Abuja and Abidjan, urging them to do the same when they begin their quest for another WAFCON success on the 4th of July against the Bayana Bayana of South Africa.
“To our lovely fans, we count on you,” He said.

“We need your support, I can’t tell you how much the Supporters helped us in Abidjan as we went on to pick the ticket to the 2022 WAFCON against Cote’voire. They gave us a lot of inspiration and drive to want to do more.
“I think that says a lot about the possibility of the Super Falcons winning for the 10th time in Morocco.” He concluded.
Waldrum was named Super Falcons Coach in 2020 and has since made a meaningful impact on the team.
Super Falcons are drawn in Group C, Alongside South Africa, Botswana, and Burundi.
